NCT at CR-500 and other off-park legs require advance notice online: 24 hours for park ↔ off-park, and 48 hours for off-park ↔ off-park with no park stop. Call (906) 291-3422 for same-day trips or to confirm a quote before payment.
Off-park trips with no park stop: morning starts are route-limited so the van is back at the falls by 12 PM Eastern, or from 7 PM Eastern — plus the advance notice above. Midday windows require a phone call.

- Park ↔ off-park (one stop in the park): book at least 24 hours ahead online.
- Off-park ↔ off-park with no park stop: book at least 48 hours ahead online.
- Morning window: pickup 7 AM–12 PM Eastern; latest start depends on route time so the van is back at the falls by noon.
- Evening window: pickup from 7 PM Eastern onward.
- Midday (12 PM–before 7 PM Eastern) is not available online — call for midday off-park travel.
