Park to off-park and all-off-park trips: morning starts are route-limited so the van is back at the falls by 12 PM Eastern, or from 7 PM Eastern. Midday windows require a phone call.

- Park to off-park (one stop at Tahquamenon Falls, one outside): book and pay online for morning or evening windows, at least 24 hours ahead.
- All off-park (both stops outside the park): book and pay online for morning or evening windows, at least 48 hours ahead.
- Same-day trips outside the park add $40.
- Morning window: pickup 7 AM–12 PM Eastern; latest start depends on route time so the van is back at the falls by noon.
- Evening window: pickup from 7 PM Eastern onward.
- Midday (12 PM–before 7 PM Eastern) is not available online — call for midday off-park travel.
- NCT corridor stops (CR-500, north campgrounds) are on the North Country Trail shuttle, not here.
